Introducing Coach Donald Felice:
Director of DBCU Soccer & Head Men's Coach

No I, No Me, Just We.

Daytona Beach Christian University (DBCU) is thrilled to announce Coach Donald Felice as the new Director of Operations and Head Coach for our men’s soccer team!

With 45 years of soccer experience as a player, referee, coach, and instructor, Coach Felice brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for developing athletes both on and off the field.

As President of A.N.D. Sports and Entertainment since 2013, based in the Greater New York region, Coach Felice has led a global agency representing top-tier athletes in soccer, football, baseball, and basketball, securing endorsements and opportunities worldwide.

His coaching resume includes guiding Niagara County Community College to a #8 national ranking (2011–2013) and leading the Niagara Pioneer Soccer League’s U16 NP Strikers (2013–2018).

A retired professional cyclist and 2008 Pan American bronze medalist, Coach Felice currently still maintains his competitive drive playing goalkeeper for the Norwalk Mariners in the SASL. Coach Felice is originally from Buffalo, he now calls Ormond Beach home.

Coach Felice is dedicated to fostering DBCU’s soccer program through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, nurturing faith and teamwork.
